The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery). Their availability and performance are outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rounds Codex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective date” above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
