Rounds Codex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these organizations, and our practice materials are original and independent.

Accounts

If the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not submit patient information or any protected health information.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the content except as expressly allowed.
